Crazy dream about a house. This was the one with the separate part -- two bedrooms, an office, and a plant room as well as a common area -- in the downstairs at the back, somewhat built put of the hillside.
We were returning to this house after having had to move out at the request of the owners. We were living in the front upstairs part and it occurred to me that in all the time we'd been back we had never explored the back downstairs part.
So we did .
Found tools and bits of furniture and all sorts of baby clothes ( from when Tam and Tracy were the babies ). Specifically ruffly panties for under sundresses. Remember a blue dotted pattern, with sewn white squares.
The furniture was mostly heritage furniture from my mom's and Mamma's and Gramma Schmidt's . No whole sets, and mostly no whole furniture, just large pieces of the furniture. One section I thought was the back off a (grandfather) clock and it turned out to be the end piece to some fancy wardrobe unit. Jeanie had to show me how it went together. Very light yellow wood. But thick and thick grained.
We, by the way, was me and Rex, Tammy and Tracy Collins, and my dad, a guy named Steve and Brittany from work. There was a lawnmower and an ironing board that folded down into what looked like a riding toy -- I said Warren would love that -- and a portable rack for hanging ironed clothes on, with several items on it.
Brittany was working out of the plant room and kept coming out to show me her hats.
Steve was mowing the (indoor/living room) common area.
